Choosing Your Own Sound/Music
If for some reason
you do not like the music chosen for downloaded stationery or the stationery does not have music included, you can always change or add music after opening the stationery to use.
1. Open the stationery you wish to use.
2. Select Format on the toolbar at the top of the screen, hover your cursor over Background, then click to highlight Sound from the options that appear.

3. Use the Browse window to browse to the folder where you keep your sound files.

4. Use the drop down box to choose the type of sound file you wish to use. This will usually be MIDI, but there are other formats that work in stationery. The second line will show all options except .wav. Select the sound/music you prefer and click to highlight the file. The name will appear on the file line. Choose Open.

5. You will see the original window from where you browsed with the name of the file you chose showing. Be sure to choose whether you want the sound to play a certain number of times or Continuously. I usually use one time if I am adding a funny wave (.wav) file. For music, I set it to play continuously.

6. You can add sound to an email without stationery. Just open the plain email, choose Format on the toolbar and select Rich Text. Next, select Format again and follow the steps above. Notice you can also add color to the background or choose a seamless background tile you have downloaded from the net. Of course, we all prefer to use stationery, right?
HAVE FUN!!!
