I use two sources for music for my stationery and web pages. The first source is original compositions for which I have permission from the composer/sequencer (who holds copyright to the material) to use. The second source is sites offering music in the Public Domain. In that case, I obtain permission from the person who holds copyright to the sequencing of the MIDI that is available for download.
